Welcome to Artportunity Knocks, where creativity meets opportunity! Our workshops are designed to empower young minds and nurture their passions in a diverse and stimulating environment.

Photography Program
Duration: Every Saturday for 5 weeks, starting March 2nd through March 30th.
Curriculum:

• The program will offer a comprehensive curriculum tailored to the needs and interests of the students. It will cover various aspects of photography, including camera operation, composition, lighting, editing, and storytelling.

Weekly Structure:

• Introduction to the Weekly Theme and Key Concepts 
• Practical Exercises and Hands-On Photography Sessions
• Group Critique and Feedback Session

Instructors: Experienced photographers and educators will lead the program, providing expert guidance, demonstrations, and personalized feedback to participants.
Program Outcomes:

• Technical Skills Development: Participants will gain a solid understanding of camera operation, exposure settings, composition techniques, and lighting principles.
• Creative Expression: Encouraging participants to explore their creativity and develop their unique photographic style through practical exercises and projects.
• Storytelling Through Photography: Teaching participants how to convey emotions, messages, and narratives through their photographs.
• Portfolio Building: By the end of the program, participants will have a portfolio of their best work, showcasing their growth and achievements as photographers.
• Collaboration and Peer Learning: Fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment where participants can share ideas, give and receive feedback, and learn from one another.

• $150 per student for five weeks

**Paid admission to the workshop is for students only. Parents are welcome to attend free of cost. While parents won't be participating in the workshop, we encourage their presence to support and engage with their teenager's creative journey.**
